Our Agent Partner Program is designed to provide you access to booking our shore excursion tours available to cruise passengers using the Roberts Hawaii Shore Excursions website. To learn more about the Shore Excursion tours and Roberts Hawaii, we welcome you to explore our website.

Registering for the Agent Partner Program

1. Click the Sign Up button. On the following Agent Signup Program page you’ll find the Terms and Conditions of this program – please read them. To indicate you accept the terms, check the box at the bottom of the page labeled I agree to the terms and click the Submit button.
2. You will be prompted to enter your business information on the Resellers Registration page – this includes establishing your User Name and Password to login to book tours.
3. You’ve completed registering and are able to book Roberts Hawaii tours!

Booking Tours

How to Book: Begin by selecting the cruise ship and boarding date in the Build Your Adventure box. An Activities Schedule will be displayed, showing the tours and activities available for that cruise. Make your selections by clicking the corresponding Book Now buttons and filling in the required information. When you are done adding tours to the Itinerary, click on the Check Out button. If you are not logged in you will be asked for your Username and Password. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transaction.

Prices: You will be charged the price displayed on the Shore Excursion web pages and your commissions payment will be mailed to you – please refer to the Terms and Conditions for commission payment details.

When to book tours: If you are booking a tour 3 days or less from the service/tour start date, please call our Central Reservations Office at (800) 918-8849 (Sun-Sat, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM HST) to complete the reservation.

For tours starting 4 days or more in the future, please book using this website.
